Add weblate graph + fix bad address #75

@navorite what happened with your message? We would loose the percentages. It s worth it for about (or idk ho much smaller it can be) 1/3 of place? Hmm... maybe it makes sense. I'll merge it for now, if it does not fit well after adding some more languages we could always change it.
