Talkback Focus not move and not speech #450

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Talkback On
2. Settingss -> Back key press -> Back key press -> Home screen display
Back key focus -> App icon touch
3. talkback not touched (once occur continue occurs.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The focus should be moved is speech

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nexus5 used. 5.1 LMY47D

Please provide any additional information below.
