Customise the fields when viewing a list of records #545

Make it possible to customise the fields that you see when you are looking at a list of records. Some people need to see who the determiner was, the type of record (sighting/tracks/scat etc). It would make accessing the information needs by different people for different purposes, without having to click on each record separately to get all the detail.

The comment from the Wales stakeholder group is: when you press the 'view records' button, the page you get is hard to use, badly laid out, and to see more detail you have to click on one record at a time. If it were a table showing more fields and with columns suitable, it would be more user friendly. doesn't need to be all the fields you get in a download, just species, date, place, grid ref, recorder, dataset.

@c-van-dierkson - the origin of this issue is in the way the Gateway enabled a table of records to be filtered and customised in the user interface in a way that the Atlas does not. It sounds from @sophiathirza like it is still an issue - I have no update to add.
