scratchpad.json not found #17

1.23.0

I saved the content of my scratchpad as scratchpad.json in my documents folder. When I try to open the file, it doesn't show in the file dialog. The file exists and can be opened by firefox.

Thanks for catching this one. Was working on macOS but not on Windows. Will be fixed in soon to be released 1.24
