How about a changelog? #31

For me a changelog is a checklist I go through before updating any dependency. It's very tricky when there isn't any available. Could you add one? I would really appreciate it a ton.

Good idea. In addition to a CHANGELOG.txt, we could take advantage of the new Releases feature for this.

Added HISTORY.md to project for tracking all releases and key changes in each!
