Find the set of all IRI prefixes used across Bioportal #45

We would like to know mappings between ontology IDs and IRI prefixes used in Bioportal. So what are the IRI prefixes for each? Index and assemble in a TSV.

Of course there are some obvious namespace collisions, e.g. for RO: https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/RO is not the Relation Ontology but rather the Radiomics Ontology

Some namespaces have the reverse issue: the same prefix may be used by different versions of the "same" ontology, so which one do we map it to if the prefix is used elsewhere? Example: OGG and OGG-MM.. The latter is a subset of the former and both use the prefix OGG.

A worse case: both ILLNESSINJURY and ADW use the prefix http://www.owl-ontologies.com/unnamed.owl

Some may be literally impossible to link to an ontology without knowing in advance, e.g. http://webprotege.stanford.edu/
