SNOMEDCT transform fails #46

The transform for SNOMEDCT only makes it as far as the JSON stage. At 821M it's pretty big, so this may be a case of ROBOT hitting a memory limit (though NCBITAXON is larger on disk and completed under the same conditions, so who knows what is up)
