Added Travis CI and unit tests. #11

Hi Niel,

This pulls adds Travis continuous integration and some basic unit tests. I've set the build to run against Python 2.7 and later. To get this setup on here, you'll need to login to Travis with Github, activate the repo and add your github username and password as environment variables.
