Scroll speed & dash speed multiplier don't work #143

Describe the bug

These are the only three stages that are possible for me:

value behavior
0 no scrolling possible
0.01–0.09 very slow scrolling
0.1–5 very fast scrolling

Also, the dash speed multiplier doesn't seem to have any effect.

FYI I'm on macOS 15.1

It also happens to me when using Smoothscroll enabled.
