Support perl Data::UUID (for RHEL/CentOS) in addition to UUID (for Ubuntu) #2

RHEL/CentOS says:

Can't locate UUID.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 .) at ./jam-config line 261.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./jam-config line 261.

The uuid-perl package is http://search.cpan.org/perldoc?Data%3A%3AUUID, versus http://search.cpan.org/perldoc?UUID which is on Ubuntu.
