Start refactoring the forward model.
Add ModelAmplitudes and model_amplitudes_factory Deprecate old functions
Still left to do: update example multi-view TFM that rely on old functions. They were broken anyway (violate time reciprocity).
The new forward model interface is used in example tfm_sensitivity
