Add updater status/progress page and function to install dependencies on upgrade or branch change #93

Add updater status/progress page. Add functions to install dependencies when changing or updating branches. Update SocketIO updater section to match new functions.

It probably needs some more testing as there could be bugs in there somewhere but is has been working ok so far.
