Add a notebook demonstrating interactive visualizations of CMAQ data using HoloViews with the Bokeh backend.

Topics to demonstrate

2D maps with zoom, hover, popup, etc. tools
Output visualizations to html file
Generate a data dashboard with panel (may need to be a separate demonstrations)
