Feature-Request: Auto-Reconnect on disconnect #18

It would be nice if you could have a setting on a connection to auto-reconnect
when being disconnected. We have to work with some flaky ssh-server here which
closes the connection every now and then and it would be great if ptm would
re-establish the connection in this case. Would probably also be helpful to
people who are on a mobile data connection which isn't that reliable.

Persistent tunnels would make this the PERFECT piece of software for me.
I'm passing mission-critical real-time data over a tunnel, but my ISP likes to
reset their switches nightly at random times (yeah, I know). It's been an
endless headache having to monitor the connection every night. The software I'm
using to pass data through the tunnel already auto-recovers, so now I just need
the tunnel to come back up on its own.
