Workaround - Not found Try to change random winecfg settings until it's fixed (example try to run with virtualdesktop), then return settings to default, it should work, if someone knows simple solution just let me know.

I solved this problem only change the Windows Version from (Windows 7) to (Windows XP)

If you want i can sent you a pull request with this modification in the README o directly config the prefix for use Windows XP. Tell me whats you think. Cheers

Changing to Windows XP did the trick here too. It seems a good idea to set Windows XP as default.

WINE_REQ_MOD=(corefonts vcrun2005 vcrun2008 d3dx9 sandbox) Wine default is a WinXP

I use old launcher with Windows Version set to Windows 10 as it bring a little better performance, for me ~20% fps boost. All you need to do is install d3dx9 and then set d3dcompiler_47 to Native

The black screen went away after i ran winecfg and changed compatibility mode to xp

Hi, still having a black screen even with w$7/without virtual desktop, w$7/with, wXP/without and wXP/with, any idea ?
