Feature request #23

Add the ability to specify which sensors are synced i.e the user needs to specify all the entities that s/he wants included or all the entities s/he wants excluded. That is to avoid disabling unwanted entities after they have been already created in Home Assistant.

I have remove a lot of the sensors
