Prevent modal dialogs from being partially hidden behind navigation bar
Add an additional confirmation for withdrawing confirmed signups (checkbox on withdraw interface)
Fix the wording where it’s telling people a signup doesn’t count during withdraw when actually it does
Add (requested [bucket]) to player-facing wording when they’re in a flex bucket (email, website)
Only show limited signups in the schedule page capacity graphs
Fix “event proposal” wording in event updated email
