show more information for errors

Errors should be treated as "special events" and provide more information
in the balloons and in the extra information pane

I am thinking of redesigning the error log class.

For watch "errors" (or special events like servers not responding, wrong
password/username,...) i would like to use a "warning" instead of an "error".
Warning will also be displayed in a balloon.
Errors will be used for specto programming/system errors. The balloon will only 
say
that there is an error and you need to check the error log.

The log file will only save warnings and errors (other information will only be
displayed in the terminal).
Also the error log in the notifier and the edit window, will only show 
"warnings" for
this specific watch.
