Unable to run plugin #111

Hi there,

when running the plugin it seems the provided variables (e.g.: ${destinationRepositoryOwner}/${destinationRepositoryName}) aren't set.

Also I get the error in log "stderr: fatal: cannot exec '/tmp/ssh1993484912058519196.sh': Permission denied".

Any hints?

Jenkins Version is 2.19.4, Plugin Version is 1.7.0
