NeMO Analytics uploader not functioning #123

the NeMO Uploader pager look very different and somewhat disorganized now - it appears to be able to identify files to upload, but can not upload them.

are u guys in the middle of changing this?

This has been fixed. There were some libraries removed from the uploader page which were actually necessary. I also did a test upload to be sure.

but now i am getting another error - dont kno if it is related to this same issue, but im getting:

" Oops! Genes sheet error. 1 gene symbols are listed as numbers, not gene symbols"

the 1st col of the expression sheet is mouse ENSMBL ids like "ENSMUST00000034746"

any idea what this is now?

My bad, just noticed these are trascript ids not gene ids. Ignore last msg
