log2 and log10 transformation in the compare tool #150

when either log2 or log10 is selected in the compare tool, we should also add a unit of 1, i.e. :

new value = log2(old value +1)

Could you show a public dataset and options to choose where I can test this?

Hi,

After a long discussion yesterday we decided to not do that for now as many of the values are log transformed already.
