I setup a very preliminary epiviz instance for exploring clusters -

http://35.231.197.99/browser/

Idea here is to -

Cluster View - TSNE
Global View - Select/lasso from TSNE and add genome wide tracks for samples in the selection
Genome View - Select regions from global view to explore different regions.

Currently -

Visualizes a TSNE of the subset of RNA seq and ATAC seq samples we chose
Dynamically computes average ATAC seq signal per cluster
Explore RNA seq as heatmap and dynamically cluster samples per region

To Add

[ ] Interactions with TSNE to add global views
[ ] A global ATAC seq scatter plot visualizing data across all clusters
[ ] select/lasso data points from the above plot and visualize signal data for the selection/cluster
