use case: the miniatlas profile uses a common clustering for all samples - someone on our last call with the miniatlas folks noted that it would be nice to present the data in a single plot, where we can control which samples are shown together or independently. I wonder if this can be easily accomplished by producing a series of static images, then just displaying them in the same window on the browser. I've attached a ppt as a mockup for this display, just flip through slides to see how it might work - somewhere we can allow the user to select which samples they want to display.
Hopefully this will help us in the future to display profiles that include large numbers of samples that have common clustering
