How to reproduce:

Download revision 7 of "Demo model 1d2d (Lutra)" from production
Use schematisation editor to Load from spatialite
Use schematisation editor to Save to spatialite
The 2 v2_cross_section_definitions that are used by the pipes have NULL values in the width column, which is not allowed for Circle shape.
