Move translations to Crowdin or similar #729

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Handling translations for people not familiar with coding can be daunting if not impossible.

Describe the solution you'd like Set up at Crowdin project, possibly with automatic integration to the Github project to allow volunteers to contribute and finetune translations ad-hoc. This would increase exposure and engagement with more international audiences. The integration can automatically handle creating PRs as needed when new translations are available.

Describe alternatives you've considered Downloading django translation files and editing them manually which is tricky for non-coders. There might be alternatives to Crowdin, but I'm not familiar with those.

Weblate also does this without egregious terms or infuriating functionality. It is also copylefted libre software.
