In trunk r1157...

project\vc9\Nvidia.TextureTools\TextureTools.cs

... seems to be an older version of...

project\vc8\Nvidia.TextureTools\TextureTools.cs

Just need to merge the differences or move the source to a common location to 
avoid these problems in the future.
