Why droping small masks on the edge works #225

Suggest an idea for this project Why should we drop the little masks on the edge? And how the operation works? Any reply will be appreciated

So sorry for taking so long to answer.

I think it worked because there were more false positives on the edges than false negatives and dropping.

I wish I could say more but I simply don't know/remember why it worked.
