OpenStack Test Cluster New Hardware

Motivation

The hardware for the OpenStack Test Cluster is aging out. We would like to replace it with some of the new hardware we now have in ESI. This will allow the hardware to be more mobile as it is on ESI and allow the cluster to be faster as it will be on newer/faster hardware.

Completion Criteria

OpenStack Test cluster moved to newer hardware.

Description

[x] Aquire hardware (FC830s)
[x] Install OpenStack 16.2
[x] Upgrade to 17.1
[x] Test
[x] Setup Networking to mimic old test cluster
[x] Test
[ ] disable old Test Cluster
[x] Test for a week or more to ensure the new test cluster has everything we needed from old test cluster hardware
[ ] decommission old hardware
