Hello. I have this message when i try to send CKB to an another wallet :

This may be caused by the Neuron not syncing to 100%, so the Neuron didn't get the transaction that cost the CKB. Please wait for the Neuron to sync to 100%. If after the Neuron sync to 100%, it still doesn't work, try clicking Refresh at the end of the Settings page to see if it works.

2 days ago Thank you for your response. Unfortunately my account was probably hacked by Tony-ptech who posted a link to a web page. I only had this page open for 20 seconds. Is it possible to block Tony-ptech's account. I also leave a screenshot if you see a possible solution. Thanks in advance.
