The 1.9.7 version using vmess takes longer time to connect than previous version #885

Describe the bug

The 1.9.7 version using vmess takes longer time to connect than previous version that was before that. Connection was almost instant on previous version but 1.9.7 takes about 10 seconds to connect. Happens on all the servers I've tried. Rolling back to previous version fixes that. There is literally no reason for Netch to take that long to connect.

To Reproduce

  1. Open Netch
  2. Connect to any VMESS server
