After their mana finished once mobs never start casting again #2651

Seems this is the issue with the whole caster mob AI. It works just fine until their mana is depleted. After that they start following you and meleeing you. That's correct, but they never start casting again even if they have enough mana again and you're out of range - they'll just keep following and meleeing you.

They actually start casting again if their mana reach 25%, which is probably correct, not a big impact on AI anyway. Closing this.
