This section of the report (Data -> For Agent) displays the data taken in relation to two tables agentsessions and report_queue_agents.
A static agent generates an entry in the agentsessions table only when pause/unpause himself and doesn't generate anything when login or logout himself (because he can't log in or logout).
Data of a static agent are displayed only in a day when he uses pause/unpause functionality generating an entry in the agentsessions table.
Steps to reproduce
use a static agent in a queue answering or missing a call
go to the report
Expected behavior
Static agent data must be shown for all days they have activity (answered call, missing call, pause, unpause, ...) and the login time must be forced to 8 hours.
Actual behavior
Static agent data are shown only if he uses pause/unpause functionality
