Minimum system requirements slightly differ on https://www.netrunner.com/netrunner-introduction/ and on https://www.netrunner.com/faq/installation/ pages - in VirtualBox RAM requirements

Hard disk space is also not consistent and VBox system requirements are also on download page https://www.netrunner.com/download/

The Debian versions have different system requirements that that of Rolling (Manjro), I believe that is where they got those numbers from. That page also recommends usb-creator-kde/gtk, which is an ubuntu/debian tool that does not even exist in the Arch/Manjaro repositories.
