Exclude reverts from suggestion #32

Countervandalism works does not necessarily reflect the user's area of interest — it's probably better not to include them in suggestions.

Edit summary (one example) has 'Reverted' in the summary and Rollback as a tag. Both could be used as a rollback detection.

Thanks for bringing this up @revi! The bot does try to remove reverts from a user's edit history before attempting to use it to create suggestions, but there's room for improvement. One example is that we do not look very far back in a user's edit history, and if it's all reverts then we use them instead of looking further. I think that might've been what caused this in your case. Sorry about that!

I'm keeping this open to remind me that this is something to work on.

Then, how many 'fresh' contribs do I need to make before I get rid of the polluted suggestions?
