This should be documented in sounds/esu.tsv

Use the format from sounds/ess.tsv

There are two other sounds I can think of that are used in Yup'ik. [ʦ] used for 'c' in 'cet' cluster (e.g. cetaman, Yugcetun) [w] used for 'v' in certain contexts (e.g. maqivik, avani)
