Rely on nwl-components for user, settings and new project pages #59

Similar PR as for brainbox. I've added a build step: one need to run npm run build-pages (similar to what exists for Brainbox).

We can imagine that at a later date we could have an SPA where everything is managed by Vue instead of having a script by page.
