cpac & ndmr parameter settings #4

lets list all the parameter settings for each of the algorithms, maybe in the appendix?

start with the simplex possible way of doing so, and then iterate.

@ebridge2 you do the fmri bit, obviously. @gkiar dti

this was based on questions i got from the talk, and did not know the answer :-)
