Given:

link to S3 bucket with data* and a json file

Produce:

data derivatives from m2g in OCP and a token to access them

*data must be de-identified

punting for now. small scale web service is nearly operational (and gregless), and will include a footnote to email us for large scale services with an s3 bucket, etc.
