So not sure if this is something for me, I've never ingested or added an atlas to the database, might be a @gkiar question?

Ingesting an atlas is just like ingesting something else. You got this, @Aeusman 😸

@gkiar Is it just considered raw image data then? Also as a general comment only some have download links to pull the data so we may just have to contact them directly to see if they will give us the raw data

That depends! For each species you'd probably want to find the base image that these annotations were made on and ingest that as an image channel, with each parcellation/atlas as a separate annotation channel. And of course for each species you'd want a different token/project all together
