ingest this new human histology dataset from allen #324

it does not seem to be online yet, so let's put it in queue, and see what happens when we get to it.

@jovo We can talk about this more offline, but I think ingesting data is slowly going out of scope for me, I might not be the right person to assign.

Yah, as soon as we train up somebody else, it will be out of scope. Until then, you are our man.

To be clear, I don't expect that you will do this. But I do expect that when we get somebody to ingest ye data, you will show her how and what, etc.
