This was written a while back, and I figured it would be useful to put online as something to point to.

Might be a better way of structuring the site as a whole with this new (sort of) separate section.

Perhaps we can create a new section called "Resources"? Then licensing and other similar stuff (e.g. the data repositories) can go in there.
