Hi,

I'm trying to replicate your simulation but I didn't find the file 'parameters_GSE96583.rds'. I wonder if you could share it. Thanks!

Unfortunately I can’t seem to find a copy of the rds file, but you can reproduce it by running the Splatter splatEstimate function on the GSE96583 count matrix.
