Per Bootstrapification 4:

[x] Search bar should have placeholder text like "search spaces"
[x] Search bar should have a hint like "enter 1 to 3 words that describe your interests"
[x] Switch back to the other search bar, yes?
[x] Remove: click the subscribe or unsubscribe buttons to choose which spaces appear on your front page.

As per yesterday, the spaces searchbar should be visually reworked with a well and other styling components. It should be clearly separated from the tab line and the start of the list section.
