NR-10879 : added ESG in Resources and hyperlink to new relic logo on footer section #202

JIRA: https://issues.newrelic.com/browse/NR-10879 subtask : https://issues.newrelic.com/browse/NR-11778 Description:

  1. Added hyperlink to New Relic.com Logo in the footer and point it to http://newrelic.com/
  2. Link to ESG is added now in Public IO while comparing all the 12 links with NR HP footer.
