ODK collect 1.1.5 cannot connect a OpenMRS server (localhost:8080) #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install ODK collect with emulator (Android SDK 2.3)
2.Start OpenMRS (localhost:8080)
3.When ODK collect try to connect to OpenMRS, it said connection refused.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-how can I connect ODK collect emulator to OpenMRS?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-Window 7, tested after disabling firewall as well.

Please provide any additional information below.

the current build of odk collect doesn't connect to openmrs. if you need that 
functionality today, try odk clinic.
