circular redirect if http is used on secure server #268

testing with collect trunk and aggregate beta 3 (https, anonymous user with 
full privileges). test server at https://yanokwa.appspot.com.

if i use http for the server url, i get a circular redirect error when i try to 
get forms. if i switch the url https, it works great. when i do this in my 
computer's browser, i don't get a redirect.
