webdav auth backend cleaned up #42

hi everybody I updated the old webdav auth backend, it now works with nc12 and README is also updated. I also added tests probably it is also usefull for others.

@joe-speedboat I think you have to sign your commits with a pgp-key

the drone-ci test says:
