indicate in appointment modal that reminders are controlled by default calendar settings #5863

I missed my appointment this morning because my meeting scheduled through appointment had no reminder 😑

I did not know until I read #4065 that appointment reminders were controlled by calendar settings. Mine had default reminder set to none.

If while configuring my appointment I would have knew reminders were controlled in calendar settings, I would have went there and configured a default reminder.

In the appointment modal, add a comment about reminders being controlled by the default setting in the calendar settings
