nextcloudcmd --nonshib returns 'Storage was not available!' #3365

Steps to reproduce

  1. Sync with nextcloudcmd and watch the logs.
  2. This used to work 2 days ago without changes to the server or client (outside of updates)
  3. without --nonshib it works.

Version of client

Nextcloud version 2.5.2git
Using Qt 5.9.5, built against Qt 5.9.5
Using 'OpenSSL 1.1.1  11 Sep 2018'```

### Expected behaviour
successful sync

An error saying:

Could you please try the recent version of the client (3.2.1)? Server version 16 is also not anymore supported by the client
