block encrypted zip files #114

Hi devs,

Nextcloud offers the possibility to block zip files by mime type but I our organization it is important to block password encrypted zip files. Is there any rule for such a behavior?

Interesting use case. I'm not sure if we can easily detect that. Of course if somebody is willing to look into it and provide a pull request this is more than welcome!
